To start the new year right, I am now focusing on one of the best sources of passive income available, and that is investing in real estate. I will post in my blog some facts about real estate, as this blog is also my personal reference.
You may ask, "why real estate"? This is a long story, my story, that may put you to sleep. In any case, this is a good starting position for a brighter future. There are a lot of sound investment strategies out there, but for now I prefer to focus on real estate.
Here are some reasons to invest in real estate:
1. Properties appreciate in value in most cases.
2. There are a lot of ways to earn in real estate. I will not go into further detail here but in the succeeding blog posts I will highlight the specifics. Suffice to know that you can earn monthly (as in rent and rent-to-own schemes) or in one snap (as in wholesaling or in retailing).
3. Passive income. I think this may be the best (or THE) reason to invest in real estate. Imagine going to vacation not worrying a thing about not having a paycheck. The income generated from your properties will allow you to do anything you want.
There are more reasons than those stated above, but whatever the reason, passive income is key. It's time to secure your future. And mine.
