How to Deal With Too Much Money?

One of the most common problems many people are facing everyday is the problem of money. No one is exempted, not even me. The more common, though, is the lack of it.

Now, I was chatting with a friend one time and the topic was about the winner of the recently concluded lottery.
That person (a he or a she) won approximately 700 million pesos (some 10 million USD, I think). We were both wondering...how can that person spend, or better yet, make something out of that huge amount?

Something came up on my mind that time...I was daydreaming of getting hold of an old lamp. Of course we all know that story, so to cut it I rubbed the lamp and a genie came out! This time there are no three wishes, but a proposition that goes like this...

"I am going to give you money. Five hundred million US dollars to be very exact. But here's the deal: you have to spend it, all of it. Do not safe-keep it. Buy anything. Spend it until the last penny. One word of caution though; if you don't consume it within twenty-eight days from today then all the cash shall be taken back...until the last penny, which means you're going to pay for everything with your OWN money."

As I was walking home yesterday I thought of actually doing the entire thing. I went online shopping and here are some of the things I've chalked up...
